This policy explains how Adex Beauty & Care sp. z o.o. processes personal data of visitors to this website and of people who contact us through it.

2. What data we process and why

When you send an enquiry we process the data you provide in the form (name, company, e-mail address, phone number, the content of your message and any attachments) in order to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and, if we start working together, to perform the contract. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Form delivery

Enquiries are delivered to our mailbox through the form service Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA — EU data hosting), which acts as our processor. The website itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

4. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to answer it and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and the statutory limitation and record-keeping periods.

5. Recipients

Data may be accessed by our IT and form-delivery providers and by our advisers, only to the extent needed to provide their services to us. We do not sell personal data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal). You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

7. Confidential materials

Before sending recipes, formulas or other confidential materials, please ask for a non-disclosure agreement.
